Activities

The general body of the association(The supreme body) held on every year on May first. The various activities undertaken by the association are:

Vacation Bible School
Sunday School Annual Examination
Publications-Magazine,Text Book
Balakalotsavam
Students leadership traning camp.

The Jacobite Syrian Vacation Bible School is conducted every year during the summer vacation.This is an intensive leaning programme that extends for 10 days.Children learn a lot from the bible during this course through different kinds of activities.There are special days on JSVBS such as day of beauty , day of service, day of giving.To equip the teachers for JSVBS there are teachers training camps at three centers puthencruz,Malabar,Karnataka and Manjinikkara.The amount collected by students on the ‘Day of Givig’ during JSVBS is utilized for the charity works of MJSSA.

Head Office

Malankara Jacobite Syrian Sunday School Association under the Holy Apostolic see of Antioch and all the East is head quartered at Puthencruz.The head office has the General Secretary and other administrative members functioning from here.The books and magazines published by M.J.S.S.A are dispatched from here.
